| PENS COMMUNICATIONS SOLUTION | |
PENS Communications, LLC developed a unique, world-class system for managing targeted
direct mailing campaigns and quantitatively measuring response. The back-end of the system
was superbly designed to utilize InterSystems' cutting-edge Caché Post-Relational Database, one of the fastest databases available. (In fact, the PENS system
was featured at the 2006 InterSystems International Developers Convention.)
Unfortunately, the web front-end didn't adequately showcase the the unsurpassed capabilities underlying
the PENS system. PENS approached Byte Sized Solutions to tackle this problem and improve the usability, appearance,
security, performance and speed of their website.
Byte Sized Solutions delivered a site that not only impressed PENS leadership but
wowed their clients, too. PENS users happily reported that the site was inviting, easy-to-use
and fast. When all was said and done, Byte Sized Solutions not only delivered a more secure, faster site
with "flexibilities and functionalities that [PENS] only dreamed of," we did so with
less than half the lines of code of the original site.
